"The little green dress" was the first beauty guide giving tricks and tips in a funny way.
This was a real gap in the market, and the second edition was published some weeks after the Frankfurt book fair in 1997.
For the first time I played the role of Ela M., a mixture of fairy godmother, sob sister and the classic Hitchcock blonde with big boobs, big hair an a very big smile.
It was a new experience for me to get letters from my readers who said “Thank you for your book.”
And it was amusing to be told about an adult evening class using my book for a seminar called “Goodbye shyness!”
The smaller image shows “The little green dress” as it was published by Weltbild-Verlag in a special hardcover edition in May 1999.
